The band consists of four young Mexicans.The group takes its name from the idea of wanting something that identify an impressive name and to show that nothing could stop its path and dreams.Calibre 50 resonates with bullt that can't be stopped even by bullet-proof vest,thats how they consider themselfes.Their style is fresh and innovative and is accomplish with charasterctersitcs instruments of their state,tuba,twelve string guitar,accordion and drums. 

Calibre 50 doesnt just sing corridos.They also sing romanticas!

Alfredo Rios mostly known as "El Komander" started his artistic life in 2009.Many know him as  "El Jefe de Los Corridos"(the cheif of the Corridos).He forms part of "El Moviemiento ALterado".El Komander corridos have managed to photograph virtually crime reality we live in Mexico and that has been the key to its success. "He has three horses the one he really loves, certainly the three horses dance.



He composed a song to honor his horses called "Ranchero y Gallardo",which obviously talks about a horse.

                           

    El Komander also has

 a song call "Carteles Unidos"  where he sings 

with the other atrtists  

who form part of

I like more Gerardo's romanticas. In my opinion Gerardo Ortiz fits better in the romanticas then the corridos.

She also likes the stykle of Regulo Caro, Jorge Santacruz,and Grupo Escolta.

Who is Gerardo Ortiz??

Gerardo Ortiz was born on October 8,1989 in Pasadena,California but he grew up in Culican,Sinaloa, his parents birhtplace. His career started at the age 13. At the start of his career he was know as "Gerardito- el Hijo De Sinaloa"(the son of sinaloa).At the age of eight he recorded his first album called "Encuentro De Amor" (meeting of love).Gerardo believes that his themes madden fans because they have nothing to do of what they know because the stories they tell their songs keep a mystery.Today Gerardo Ortiz is one of the most important singers known in the corridos scene.
